Shady Creek a Relaxing Retreat on Jonathan Creek

Best vacation EVER! Positive: I could stay here forever and listen to the creek and be totally happy! I enjoyed the peacefulness of the area and neighborhood. A few times a day you would see kids or a family floating down the creek on inner tubes. The families of ducks were floating up and down the creek every day. There is a nice RV park across the creek but everyone there is completely respectful and there to enjoy peaceful nature too. There was no loud music or parties. Very family and retirees oriented RV park. The house was spotless clean. Everything about our stay was perfect. Decor fits the house style perfectly. Everything you need is furnished. You can cook a whole meal easily if you get tired of eating out. My favorite place was the back porch swings. I found myself going to sleep every night swinging and listening to the creek. The mattresses were all very comfortable. We had one small issue with the water heater energy saver tripping and the owners were there promptly. Beth and Ken are fabulous hosts and live close to the property. The property is very convenient to everything. The neighborhood is peaceful and the road is local traffic mostly. I can’t wait to go back! I can honestly say this is the most relaxing, peaceful vacation I have ever had. We had lots of plans before we arrived. After getting there, we were satisfied to just hang around the house and enjoy nature and peace.
